1. Return to donate in April!  
2. 1. If it has been less than 4 months since your last donation, you can walk in with no appointment. 
   2. If it has been more than 4 months since your last donation, you will need to schedule an appointment via our website for a new donor physical to resume donating. As a lapsed donor, you must complete the new donor screening process to resume donating.  Contact us  prior to scheduling to ensure you do not have any deferrals.
3. Complete 2 donations between 04/01/24 and 04/30/24. 
4. Claim your bonus via the form below.  

As a returning donor, you are eligible for all current repeat donor promotions. You will receive standard compensation for each of your 2 donations in April. Once you complete your second qualifying donation and claim your bonus via the form below and your $100 bonus will then be applied to your card within 3 business days (Mon - Fri). 

You must claim your bonus via the form below - your bonus will not be automatically applied with donation compensation.
